Features & Bug Fixes in betaDataFerrett
Previously there were problems that occured in a table (in "Make a Table") when the SORT feature was used in conjunction with the feature allowing the user to show every data column as a percentage of the first data column (the leftmost % column icon). This resulted in the percent data becomming associated with the incorrect state.
When a user would attempt to use the View/Modify action in Step 2 to delete one geographic area from a geographic variable added to the data basket in step 1, the area will disappear from the list without actually being deleted. This causes the unwanted geographic area to appear in the data extract or table the user created using this geography variable.
When a user would specify an extract in SAS file format, the generated SAS code would sometimes contain an error in a SAS format statement "the same value is equated with two or more different labels".
Geography Selection Wizard "if the user selects geographic areas from the geographic "hierarchy" (e.g., state-county-tract) by selecting the higher level geography followed by the lower level geography before hitting the "Finish" button, the selections for the higher selected geography would not be retained. The user can now retain both the higher and lower selected geographies.
